Extra large serving bowl with a green tin glaze and leather handles.

Due to the handmade nature, slight variations will appear in each piece.

Materials: Terracotta
Dimensions: Approx. Height 7cm Width 50cm
Care: Hand wash only. Don’t leave the handles to soak but it’s fine if they come into contact with the water. The leather will soften again with use. Not microwave safe.

Silvia K Ceramics is located in the heart of Brighton, East Sussex, UK. The studio was established by Silvia in 2012 shortly after completing an MDes in Ceramics and Visual Research at the University of Brighton, achieving distinction. Coming from Slovakia, a country of incredible heritage, Silvia has always had a passion and respect for crafts. She believes that heritage is a vital element of our cultural and social history. Silvia works in a thoughtful way and produces work that shows an aesthetic sensibility and reflects her interests. Ideas are fueled by her research into ceramic ware from sources as diverse as Spanish drug jars to Iraqi dinner plates. Her collections are contemporary interpretation of old artefacts.
