DELIVERY INFORMATION
We aim to process orders within two working days.

Free UK delivery on orders over £100

Otherwise we will charge a flat rate of £3.50 (books) or £7.50 (craft and jewellery) for all mainland UK orders.

We use Royal Mail for our deliveries, which is a tracked service.

Postal charges will be added to your cart after you have entered your delivery address.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a customer choice of courier due to cost constraints.

Collection at the gallery is available at the checkout, please email us to organise your collection – please note that OM is currently closed for redevelopment. If selecting ‘collection from gallery‘ collection will now be from our offices at Carmarthenshire County Museum, Abergwili, Carmarthenshire SA31 2JG.

RETURNS POLICY

UNWANTED PURCHASES
We can offer a refund on any item if it is returned in a saleable condition and in its original packaging, within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please note that we cannot reimburse postage costs of the initial order or the postage cost of returning an item.

Please ensure items being returned are packed well: Items returned that are damaged in transit are the responsibility of the customer and may not be refunded.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
If you have received a damaged or faulty item, please let us know, and we will do our best to resolve the situation as soon as possible.

HOW TO RETURN
Please inform us of your intent to return an order to omgshop@sirgar.gov.uk and include your order number at the top of the address on the package, posted to:

Delivery to Europe and Rest of World

We offer a tracked and signed service for orders outside of the UK. This will be calculated at checkout.
Please be aware that orders from outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes which are payable by the order’s recipient upon arrival.

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver items such as matches to outside of the UK.

ORDERING FROM US

We make every effort to ensure all products are in stock, but in the event of us not having your chosen product we will call or email you and offer either a refund or a later delivery if possible.

Please note that once an order is placed, it is not possible to add products to the existing order.

Online payments are processed securely by Capita Payments; Oriel Myrddin Gallery does not handle any credit card data for orders placed online.
